This first floor corner apartment overlooks the development's palm tree-lined walkway and orange trees and features a large corner balcony which catches the glorious Mediterranean sunshine all day long!

The apartment sleeps up to 4 people and is large and bright with whitewashed walls and high-gloss floor tiles throughout. It has been tastefully furnished and boasts all the facilities you would expect in high-specification living. All windows are double-glazed and automatic filtered shutters throughout allow you extra privacy, extra light or extra darkness, as required.

The two double bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with twin-beds), are uncluttered, bright and comfortable and overlook the orange groves in the beautiful landscaped gardens.  Each offers dressing tables, mirrors, fitted wardrobes with plenty of drawer and hanging space and several plug sockets (there are never enough on holiday!).  Good quality sheets and throws are included and a professional hairdryer with nozzle and diffuser is available.  Duvets are also on hand for the cooler months. 

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with "his and hers" wash hand basins, bath, shower and heated towel rail, and the twin room has its own separate shower room with single wash hand basin and heated towel rail.  Soft, quality towels are included with your rental.  Beach towels are also available.

The large reception room is open plan and features a lounge area with three-seater sofa, two leather club chairs, glass coffee table, glass dining table and dining chairs for six.  This leads onto a large corner balcony which gets the sun all day long.  The balcony has a table and chairs for four and four sunbeds.   The large, modern American kitchen is equipped for six and includes oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. 

Additional facilities include 37" TV (UK Freesat), DVD/CD player, internet access, iPod and iPhone speakers/charger.

A secure underground parking space and visitors parking are included with this rental.

The apartment will be fully air conditioned from April 2010.

About Les Jardins d'Antibes

Les Jardins d'Antibes is a quality development of apartments approximately a 2-minute drive, or a 15-minute walk, from the beautiful town of Antibes.
